J1Sys E1.31 Plugin for Vixen 2.x

The E1.31 Vixen(2.x) Plugin is an open source software project that is NOT directly tied to my hardware products. This plugin can be used to transport events via ethernet to a gateway software/hardware device for ultimate delivery to a Renard or LOR or any other protocol chain.

I've updated the v1.0.0.1 zip file to include the latest source code and posted it here.
