Did you know that diychristmas.org has a backup web site for registered members: diychristmas2.org The backup site is active year 'round and is updated frequently. Note that you must be a REGISTERED member here at diychristmas.org to use it and new user registrations and email notifications are disabled on the backup site. Everything else is fully functional -- even the chat room! You might make a mental note of the backup site's URL in case our main web site suffers a major catastrophe and goes offline!
Our vBulletin forum software will be upgraded this coming week. This is a major software upgrade and we plan to begin on Monday, 2/15. When it is completed in (hopefully) only a couple days, you'll find a new appearance and many new features but our goal is to retain as much of the current look and feel as possible. It should also be more responsive, a bit more phone-friendly and poised for the future as the code languages and database engines used by Internet hosting services move past what our current system can manage. We will of course update our backup server with the most recent data before flipping the switch.

Beginning Monday, 2/15 we ask users to use our backup site at http://diychristmas2.org until our main forum is back online. Thank you!
